About Pastor Jones
Pastor Francina Jones is a hidden jewel in the kingdom of God. Her peers speak of her as one of the up-and-coming quiet storms in this season. She is known in the local community as an advocate of support, encouragement and empowerment for individuals that feel there is no hope. Her heart of ministry is beyond the four walls in support of community in building the whole person emotionally, physically & spiritually.
She continues the legacy of the founder, Apostle Gail Savage in reaching others by showing her dedication of love through Christ. Her journey to the pastoral call began with many years of servanthood in the area of hospitality.
She served as the Director of Hospitality at Christ Cathedral Church Ft. Worth, under the leadership of Apostle Sherman C. Gee Allen, Ft. Worth, Texas for 8 years before returning to the East Coast in 2002. In 2005, she was ordained as a minister of the gospel, under the leadership of Apostle Kevin Bull, Kingdom Life Builders Ministries. In 2017, she was ordained as an associate pastor, under the leadership of Pastor Terence Burns, New Life Commission Ministries. When the ministry moved out of state, Pastor Fran stayed in the area and planted her feet with Apostle Gail Savage and Holy Ghost Fire, Healing & Deliverance Ministries. In 2018, she was ordained as a pastor in the ministry. Then, with the sudden passing of Apostle Savage in 2021, she took on the reigns as senior pastor.
Pastor Fran and the Holy Ghost Fire, Healing & Deliverance family now serve under the covering of Apostle Sherman C. Gee Allen and Prophetic Ministries Covenant Alliance (PMCA/Grace Texas). She has also been a part of “A Call to Arms Ministry” under the leadership of Apostolic Prophet Janice Mixon where she participates in a monthly intercession network and yearly conferences across the nation.
Pastor Fran is the CEO of Illuminations Training, Coaching & Consulting (ITCC) where her mission is to Impart, into your vision; Inspire, your heart and Illuminate, your dreams through the Power of Words. Her educational background is in human resources, along with several certifications as a transformation master life coach, and pastoral mental health coach.
As a leader, she carries the mantle of the five-fold ministry as an Apostle, setting order in the kingdom; as a Prophet, walking in governmental authority to speak into the lives of others; as an Evangelist, reaching out to the lost; as a Pastor with a heart of imparting and preparing others to launch into the deep; and lastly, as a Teacher committed to instruction and truth in the principles of the Word of God.
Legacy
Apostle Evelina “Gail” Savage We honor the life and legacy of Apostle “Gail” Savage, who was a great shepherd, and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Apostle Gail transitioned from this life on earth on June 24, 2021, in Delaware, where she resided and served as senior pastor of Holy Ghost Fire, Healing & Deliverance Ministries, for 19 years.
Her journey over the years trained her in the art of deliverance, which fueled her desire is to see others mature in confidence in their calling in ministry. She understood her assignment in the kingdom of God as an anointed prophetic voice and walked in her gifting of the five-fold ministry.
Through experiencing much favor with God, Apostle Gail was able to show the light of Christ in her love of evangelism, where she fed and prayed for many in the community every Saturday morning for years.
As the ministry continues forward in the Great Commission, the spirit of Apostle “Gail” Savage, as a woman that loved and trusted God to the very end, shall live on in the heart of those that have known her in ministry and around the world.
What We Believe
Holy Ghost Fire, Healing & Deliverance Ministries is a ministry focused to teach, preach, evangelize, live out the Word of God, strengthen the family of believers, and lead unbelievers to Christ according to the Scriptures, as written in Matthew 28:16-20, Acts 2:42, and James 1:22.
Our church foundation of faith is in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Word of God that is preached, and the doctrine of sanctification of holiness, emphasized as being essential to the salvation of individuals.
We believe the Bible to be inspired and the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe in the sanctifying Power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a holy life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
We believe that there is one God; eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, his bodily resurrection, his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and the blessed hope of his personal, visible return to this Earth.
