HGFHD Ministries has my permission to make use of my prayer request or testimonial submission for the purposes of encouraging others whether it be for publishing of all or part, editing, reprint, or formatting through media. I give HGFHD Ministries permission to use my name or initials for purposes of ministry media. The testimony submitted is based upon my own personal experience and is not based upon any work or experience of anyone else. It is strictly the decision of HGFHD Ministries whether they choose to use my submission as part of media for encouragement to others.
